There isn't one. Our core business is supplying and maintaining IT infrastructure and telephone systems for hundreds of clients across the UK. Along with the hardware and ongoing support, we also provide them with cheaper calls and reduced line rental charges. We've been established since 1986 so have built up substantially discounted bulk rates with the main Tier 1 carriers. (Please note that we do not use internet telephony carriers as we cannot guarantee the quality of service for business use)
Obviously the more people who use PSU Talk, the higher the call volume and hence the more pressure we can put on the carriers to get better rates. This is then passed on to our clients and all the other PSU Talk users.
